Curbside Pick Up
We do offer free local curbside pick up in the Museums' south parking lot. When you place your order online, at checkout fill out the address section and the pick up option will appear. Pick up is available Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
Shipping
Currently we are shipping to the State of Florida only. Shipping charges and taxes apply
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and carrier selected. Tracking numbers will be sent via email or SMS once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier pickup. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your order.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at shop@sarasota.art
We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of your purchase. Earrings and facemasks cannot be returned. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
It is recommended that a copy of your receipt or a copy of your invoice is included in your return.
The item returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
